客訴 (customer complaint)

customer 是「顧客，消費者」，complaint 是「抱怨，控訴」；customer complaint 指消費者對商品或服務感到不滿時產生的抱怨或申訴，也可用另一字consumer complaint 表示。多數公司都有處理客訴的部門，由客服人員（customer service）負責。
