你有創業家特質嗎？

Entrepreneurs require the strong passion and insistence on working with like-minded people. Don't necessarily seek out “the best” people, but rather “the most suitable” people who will grow with you.

（創業者需要的是濃厚的熱情與堅持，與志同道合的人一起努力。不需要費盡心思找到「最好的人」，而是要找到「最適合」且能與你一同成長的創業夥伴。）

說明：

1. 馬雲認為光有熱情還不夠，更需要堅持才能克服創業初期所面臨的種種挑戰。insistence是名詞，為「堅持」的意思；動詞為insist，即「堅持或主張某意見」之意，其後面接on＋V-ing或that……。

另外，相較之下，persist雖有「堅持」的意思，但其更接近於「固執己見」的涵義，後面會接in＋V-ing。

例句：The company was awarded for its insistence on product quality and eco-friendly measures.

（這家公司以它對產品品質的堅持與環保的措施而獲獎。）

2. like-minded是形容詞，為「具有相近的想法、志趣相投的」之意，與congenial（協調的、同性質的）意思相同。

補充：

馬雲給創業者的建議還有：

1. Think things out for yourself rather than blindly follow expert advice.

（少聽專家的意見，而要多用自己的腦袋思考。）

2. Entrepreneurs are always optimistic and know how to maintain a positive outlook.

（創業者總有樂觀的態度，並且懂得維持積極的看法。）

解決「抱怨」就有機會

Everyone has something to complain about. You can find opportunities in providing solutions.

（人人在抱怨的這項東西，你把它解決了，這就是機會。）

說明：

馬雲認為創業者不用抱怨沒機會，因為這世界可以抱怨的東西太多了，只要找到大家抱怨的地方，就有創業的機會。

provide最常見的意思為「提供」，其用法為provide＋物＋for＋人，以及provide＋人＋with＋物（提供某物給某人）。provide的其他意思還有「規定、預防準備」，常見的用法為provide＋against。Provision為名詞，有「條款、供應品」的涵義。

例句：The reciprocal agreement made by the two companies provides against any contingency during the period of cooperation.

（在這兩家公司的合作期間，這項互惠協議是為了預防偶發事件而做的準備。）

說明：

馬雲認為，若是領導者的工作技能比部屬強，這就代表用錯人了。

1. breath是名詞，為「寬度」之意；形容詞為broad，即「寬的」之意，其相關用法有broad-minded「心胸廣闊的」。

例句：Being broad-minded and far-sighted is quite essential for a successful entrepreneur.

（對一位成功企業家而言，具有寬大的胸襟與宏觀的遠見是相當重要的。）

2. resilience有「恢復力、韌性、彈性」的意思，形容詞為resilient，可以用來形容在物品材料、人的方面，其延伸涵義則為「適應力佳的」，與adaptable的意思相近。

例句：He is quite adaptable to any changing situation and lead business innovation successfully.
