學習型組織的藝術與實務


就算你早就明白學習型組織的好處及必要性,卻未必能在組織裡長期保持學習的熱情,帶領組織成長進步。為什麼呢?因為學習的本質正是如此,需要不斷思考、反覆學習,看見事件背後的成因,才可能創造根本的改變。

 A learning organization continually expands its capacity to create and harness a bright future through effective learning techniques. Most organizations tend to learn rather poorly for a variety of reasons:

■員工在情感上認為自己目前是什麼職位,就代表自己是怎樣的人,不喜歡改變。

Employees create emotional links between their current positions and their personal identities, discouraging change.
